Part-time coaching alongside whatever else you do. You will carry your own group of Students, set your own weekly schedule, and book sessions directly with them. What does not flex is the roster: we ask for at least one academic year with the same Students, and ideally you stay with them through college. Firsthand industry experience is preferred rather than required, and a Staff Coach who has worked in a field we coach can help shape that Textbook. Part-time W-2, remote. See LinkedIn post for more details.
Our first operations hire, and the person who builds everything behind the scenes so the Founder can sell, coach, and recruit Mentors. You will own the CRM and the enrollment pipeline, build the referral tracking we do not have yet, run onboarding and scheduling for Students and Coaches, and keep the back office and finances clean. This is a build rather than a run, and it suits someone exacting enough that nothing slips during a launch. It grows into a head of operations seat as we scale. Full-time, LA, Seattle, or remote. See LinkedIn post for more details.
Our first coaching hire. You will carry your own Students from their kickoff through graduation, revise the Textbook for your field as the hiring bar moves, and help build the coaching function that every Coach after you works inside. This role is for someone who has worked in the industry they will coach, most likely Finance or Sports, and who knows how its recruiting calendar and interview process actually run. It grows into a Head of Coaching seat as we scale. Full-time, remote. See LinkedIn post for more details.

Why this work
Causeway might be the right fit for you if:
You recognize that the entry-level hiring market for college graduates is broken and you want to be part of the solution.
You have a deep passion for working with students and helping them define and reach their goals, especially during this important season of transition and growth.
You want to be at the early stage of building Causeway Careers. You want to shape the way we serve students and the business Causeway becomes.
How we work
Every Student gets 3 things: One Coach, One Textbook and One Mentor Network of people doing the work they want to do. Each track's Textbook says how the field hires and what to be able to do by when. A Student's tasks between sessions are built backward from that list. Every two weeks the coach reviews the work, sets the next tasks and marks where the Student stands: Not Yet, Developing, Ready, Standout. Coaches own the relationship, including the sessions, the tasks between them, and the recap the family gets after every call. Families pay for the program directly. No employer pays us, and no employer decides what a Student hears.
What we offer
Competitive pay and benefits. Opportunity to work with students and see their growth. A real hand in how Causeway works and what it becomes, with the room to grow as it does. (Usually and slightly depending on the role) ownership of your schedule. Opportunity to work remotely.
How hiring works
Everyone meets with John, our Founder. For coaching roles, expect mock sessions where you will role play a session with a student. For business/operations roles, expect to think through a real business problem and communicate your solution to it.
Want to mentor instead? Mentors give their time as volunteers, and we never list them as jobs.
Mentor Network
We only list roles here; we never ask for payment. Every Apply button opens the job board where the role is posted.
Causeway Careers is an equal opportunity employer. We consider every applicant without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other status the law protects.
